Well I'm still confused. All my bloods are back and thankfully I don't have lupus, which I'm really happy about as you can imagine. Folic acid levels low so am taking as of today 🙄
The dr I saw today thinks I'm definitely peri. Not keen on hrt just yet but happy to review if I struggle. Just fed up with cold bits and hot bits really.

It's good that you don't have Lupus. Maybe see how you feel once you get the anaemia under control and then, if you are still not doing well, go back to your GP to talk about HRT if you do decide to go down that route?

More than happy it's not lupus. My aunty has and it's horrible.
I'm hoping I'll feel brighter soon and yep I'll go back if it's not ok.

Browse round. Make notes! Decide which symptoms you would like to ease first of all and see what is recommended on here. Don't wait until you are desperate for HRT but do discuss with your Practice Nurse in good time. Or a local Pharmacist?
Some ladies find keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.
I can feel your relief that you don't have lupus. :tulips2:

I'm keeping diary of how I feel, symptoms etc...trying to see if there's a pattern, quite possibly not I know but worth a try.
I've been reading lots of posts on here too, interesting and informative.
The GP I saw today (male) was really good and seemed to understand the cold sensation more so that my regular GP. He said I should come back and discuss whenever I need to, which was also reassuring.
Hoping for a better day tomorrow 😊

Since I began this malarky my feet and lower legs feel cold to me, apparently though, they aren't ::)

yep cold to ms but not to anyone else...strange thing our bodies...I'd never heard of cold sensation only hot flushes but glad to hear I'm not the only one with this weird thing going on 🙄 But not glad for other cause it's rubbish
