Hi All,
Anyone suffered from hormonal rage !! where is it agitated anxiety and feel so raged that you just lash out etc... and don't know what to do with yourself except for scream and almost tear your hair out !!!
Do you know if this is from high estrogen , high progesterone etc ???? Reading elsewhere on the web might seem to be high estrogen / low progesterone ...not 100% sure...
Anyone help ??

Yep. Pre-menstrual I would suddenly snap. Things that didn't bother me would suddenly be a HUGE issue. HORMONES >:(

How is your eating pattern? Sometimes eating regularly can help.

Which HRT are you taking? Ones containing Norethisterone can cause PMT type symptoms in many women. It did me!

I had this on elleste duet. The progesterone phase with the norethisterone sent me absolutely bat poop crazy tears/anger/irrational thoughts!!
I changed hrt as I couldn't deal with that!
Strangely the patches with same prog didn't make me feel like that at all! But I've just been changed to femoston conti as prog side effects and not enough oestrogen were causing issues.
Hope you get it sorted. Just to let you know, mindfulness works brilliantly for me too (just a few minutes each morning).
Good luck x
