Title: Period pain but no period

I last had a proper period in March before that it had been a 4 month gap. Then 8 weeks ago had v v light spotting.  Last few days have felt hormonal with sore breasts, headaches, bloated and today have had period pain nearly all day but no blood only a couple if blood spots. Has any one else experienced this ..period pain but no period? Just my system misfiring and grinding to a halt?

Yep.  Symptoms came and went.  Sometimes accompanied by a bleed  ::)

Thank you both for replying. I feel I should be through this by now as I am 56 and I keep thinking I won't see any more periods or period symptoms. .but on we go. Thanks again x

Occasionally I get those dull period-pain aches and think "Oh no! not after all this time!" but never bleed.  My last period was in 2002.
