Just had my first visit to the doctor and thankfully she was amazing. I told her about my symptoms and that I had started some natural treatments but that I wanted something more. I had read and discussed on her the HRT choices and she asked me what I wanted to try. So I have been given the gel and I have to have my coil replaced in April. She really listened to what I wanted to try and why. very pleased and relieved that it went well.
I also discussed that some people on here had said that they spilt the dose and do one at night and one in the morning and she said she could see why that would be of benefit and to do it like that if I wanted to. The best part was I felt equipped with information and that the decision was mine so I am in control.
Thanks to all

Good news wend123 :clapping:
Glad it went well, it sounds like you've got a good GP to help you through.

Oh hang onto that one and don't share or she will be over-whelmed ;)
Maybe keep a mood/symptom/food diary too?
