Title: High bp evorel sequi

Hi, I have been on evorel sequi for7 weeks with no breakthrough bleed and increasingly high spikes in my bp 180/100 today plus s mass in my breast. My go is not concerned but I am. Just read the list of side effects and these are both listed!

Do you mean you have found a lump in your breast?  :(

HRT can lead to a rise in blood pressure in some women but this can also be down to ageing and not eating/drinking/exercising sensibly.

Hello Ruby2 and welcome to the forum.

I am on Tibolone/Livial HRT and my GP warned me that it may cause a rise in blood pressure but didn't offer any tests at the surgery. Fortunately I have a monitor at home and I know my readings are fine.

I understand that lifestyle can greatly influence bp and a whole food plant based diet has been found to be effective.
