Thanks Maryjane. Interesting what she says about KY Jelly causing further dryness and not recommending it (nor vaseline)? I presume that's if it's used as a treatment for VA - rather than as a lubrication aid now and again which most use it for?

Thankyou for sharing your VA story..it has been reassuring to me. I am considering the mona lisa and I see a Dr Connell does it in Kent..was he your NHS gyno? Every day a battle with cystitis and pain.

No not my gynae....I see a lady gynae based in Kent , but goes to London once a month.

TMLT is done by a different gynae.

Good luck . It's miserable. I am due my 5th next week then that me done for 12/18 months.
