I simply cannot resist: twiglets, cold sausages, salad, sliced cheese and American (has to be the American sort!) cheesecake. ::)

I have recently discovered Aldi Greek Style yoghourt in Coconut flavour and it is heavenly! It is thick and creamy and full of coconut. I can eat a whole BIG tub in one evening. They also do a ginger flavour and a lemon one.

Crisps....generally salt and vinegar. Wine gums and mini magnum ice lollies, oh and Double Decker chocolate bars.
None of them good for me but...... ;D

Be easier for me to list what I can resist! But definitely cant resist chocolate, sheep's milk feta cheese, red grapes (eat them like sweets!), dark chocolate KitKat's .... :)

I just had a kitkat which was all chocolate - bonus!
For me, sugary stuff. Keep trying to give it up, and it all goes fine until I have one wee chocolate, and bam, that's me off the wagon yet again

Right - when I'm well:
Yorkshire pudding - crispy throughout
Chocolate milk-shake
2 cubes of dark chocolate - as pudding
Chicken curry on rice
Peas straight from the pods
Runner, broad and French beans - lightly steamed with butter
Roast potatoes and roast squash
Yam - mashed with butter and black pepper

Chocolate and ice cream. However, not chocolate ice cream - yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cake, but Carrot cake is no 1 choice
Creme brulee and panna cotta, there is no bigger decision I make if they are both in a menu :neutral:
Corned beef hash, I LOVE it :love:

Chunky peanut butter, goat cheese, chocolate and peanut butter together, tzatiki sauce, macaroni and cheese, dark chocolate covered anything, veggie pizza...I may add more later when I'm more awake. :D
My weight loss plan says I can only have a wee bit of any of that stuff :'(

It's OK! Denying during a weight loss programme causes 1 to crave ;-). A little of what you fancy every other day?

I do have a good sized teaspoon of peanut butter (minus the bread) everyday, for the protein of course! ;D
