Title: Can I start lower on progestrogen ?
Post by: Butterfly22 on June 06, 2017, 06:15:34 PM
Hey ladies,
I started on elleste solo 2mg but went down to 1mg as felt awful, I've started 100 ustrogen but feel so wiped, headache and generally not great. I'm going to try doing it vagainally, it says on the box 14 days but would it matter if I do lower? And build it up over months ?
Thank you x

1mg is a low enough dose, I am on 12 days of 100 mg Utrogestan used vaginally, some ladies use it for less but you would need to have a regular scan if you are not using the licenced dose to keep an eye on the uterine lining, see if the progesterone is doing its job.
