Title: Changing HRT

Hi Ladies,

Due to a continues bleed on evorel conti patches I'm swapping to evorel sequi patches
Can I start sequi straight away? Or do I wait a week? I have read the leaflet but a little confused due to me having a bleed ?

Hi Libbygrace - if you were given Evorel conti because you are post-menopause then you can start at any time. You will then get a withdrawal bleed eventually towards the end of the combi patches or after changing back to oestrogen only. At first -  though you might continue to get sporadic bleeding and possibly as heavier bleed once you start the Evorel sequi ( first two weeks of Evorel 50).
