Title: Really sore swollen boobs 3 years after last period

Hi ladies, I was wondering if if anyone else has has really sore, swollen boobs out of the blue after 3 years of no periods? It seems to be cyclical, on a monthly basis, but lasts for a good couple of weeks. It's a new symptom for me - I haven't had this since my last period. Have started taking evening primrose, but no relief so far. Could it be just my hormones having a final fling? Thanks for reading!
PS I should add that I'm not on any HRT.

Some ladies find that evening primrose capsules ease symptoms, maybe do a search on here to see what others have used?
