Title: Elleste Duet

I started taking Elleste Duet 1 mg last Wednesday, my hot flushes were just taking over. Was I expecting too much for them to have kicked in by now? I am still having around 20 in a 24 hour period and to make matters worse they feel more intense 😥

Unfortunately these things take time,try to be patient  ::)

Not easy I know believe me been there ! Hope you see some improvement soon.

Thanks Dazned. A friend is taking HRT, not sure what but she said her sweats stopped in 3 days; I was being over opimistic I guess x
