hi, i have been on vagifem for several years, at my last doctors appointment, she suggested i use it twice a day, morning and night, i dont think i have ever heard of anyone ever doing this.. i thought i would just post a message to see if anyone else had. thank you reading x

Yep.  If this is for vaginal atrophy then the condition needs to be managed. I think in recent years that the dose has been altered so that the amount is less.  I have used Ovestin for VA morning and night occasionally if symptoms aggravate!  I use it at night so that I doesn't dribble straight out  :-X but needs must sometimes  ::)
