Title: Question about Vagifem
Post by: Starproms on April 06, 2017, 12:49:30 PM
Does anyone know how long it takes for a Vagifem tablet to dissolve in the vagina? I just started taking it and it says to locate it at bedtime. Does that mean that one can't have sex that night for fear of disturbing it?

Insert in the morning if it's a problem.  I do mine and ovestin whenever it's not looking like a sex night or before a bath otherwise it's as and when I think about it x

I have found that when I use it daily, sometimes there is some gel from the previous one stuck on the applicator when I put the new one in - so I tend to use them in the morning.

Thank you both. I did wonder if they were only meant for people who were past having sexual relations. What is Ovestin for?
