Can I cut my Femseven Conti patch in half as I don't think they make a lower one and I keep getting light bleeds? I've had all the tests and scans and they're all normal.

I just have a feeling that I may have too much oestrogen in my body. It's seems to follow a pattern of sore breasts and irritability, then I get a very light bleed. Last time It happened I was on holiday so I took the patch off for the rest of the holiday and things quickly settled down. I left it off for about two weeks but any longer and I know the night sweats will start up again!
I've been using Femseven Conti for well over a year and I'm under the Menopause Clinic so they are aware of this problem. If there was a lower strength Femseven patch then maybe this would stop the bleeds, but failing this I read somewhere about cutting it in half. The problem is the Femseven patches don't stick too well and halving it may allow water underneath.
