Title: Mid cycle indigestion, reflux, sneezing!

Hi Ladies
Ok I have been alright for the last few weeks and as suggested have kept a diary of what is happening and when.  As previously told I am nearly 54, still having regular periods although just lately they have become a bit lighter after some really heavy ones. I have noticed that exactly in the middle of my cycle I get bad indigestion, feel really tired, thirsty and surprisingly start sneezing a lot as though I have a cold coming on.  Just after my period starts 2 weeks later this all disappears until it starts again mid cycle.  Familiar to anyone?  Will it ever end?????

Yep.  Some ladies find that allergic rhinitis is worse at different times of the month.  For me it was my wisdom teeth: premenstrually they would hurt so much that I couldn't eat  :'(, even after removal as the month went round, the sockets were SO painful.  Someone could have written a Thesis on my hormones and Wisdom sockets .......
