Has anyone experienced a dry mouth and tingling tongue on hRt?

I'm not on HRT but in peri I have suffered a lot with dry mouth and tingling tongue. It seems to come and go but have had it bad again this week.

I've had dry mouth but I think that is caused by the medication I'm on,but I do get burning mouth which seems to arrive when my hormones are playing up,last time I had it I increased my Hrt gel and it went. It feels very much like chewing mental gum😃
