Nearly a week of changing my 75mcg estrodot patch every other day and now I am snappy with heavy, tender breasts. These symptoms seem as though they could be high or low estrogen!
As I'm trying to moderate my intake based on symptoms, how are you meant to know whether it's too high or too low?
And how long should you give it to settle? I'm on a 4 month review at the moment which feels like a long time.
I feel as though I've forgotten what it's like to be normal :'(

Maybe the only way you'd know is by starting low and doing a symptom diary then increase slowly
Were you told to change every 2 days ? You'll end up paying twice as much as you would changing twice weekly
