Please can anybody recommend the best combination HRT that I can try my GP has asked me to weigh it up

I have never taken HRT so have no knowledge of that, but just wanted to say welcome to the forum, and also that what works for one woman might not work for another so there probably is no  'best' HRT for everyone.

Maybe you could say a little bit about your age, your symptoms and how long ago your periods ended? Might help others help a little bit.
