Hi
I have been on HRT for about 3 years now and no periods for about 4 years. Just recently my boobs have become so sore and tender and heavy, no period just these really painful boobs. Really sore to touch and when I undress at night and take my bra off - crikey they hurt even more. Have been like this for over two weeks.
Does anyone have any tips or things that might help? Just started out of the blue and first time it has happened, does it sound normal?
Thanks ladies :D

I got at beginning when I started HRT. I was told by GP to take starflower capsules with around 250mg GLA. Worked a treat for me.

I get that if my HRT dose is too high - so uncomfy!

My sister had this for years and I gave her the Starflower oil tip (that I'd read here) and she was amazed how it completely stopped it!
Just to add that she couldn't get Starflower (she lives in Australia) so she got the evening primrose which I think is a weaker form of GLA.

Thank you ladies for your support. My HRT is still the same dose that I have been taking all along, so maybe I should try star flower oil.
Thank you again

Hi a few years ago before peri even, I was suffering with sore boobs. It's was awful. The GP told me to take 2000mg evening primrose capsules daily. They work a treat and I notice it if I forget to take them. Good luck hope you find a solution that works for you x
