Title: Need Advice Please

I've been using Estring for about 5 months now and it was working well, but the past few days I've had a feeling that I need to go for a wee, I don't have a water infection as I have the dip sticks to test it.  Do you think it would be ok to use some Vagifem for a few days to try and settle it down.

Yes in my non medical opinion fine . Are you sure it hasn't slipped down near the bladder ?

When I used the Estring I did find I got a bit of BV (bacterial vaginitis) and even thrush - this would trigger burning and itching and the need to pee more.  I used Multi Gyn Actigel regularly to help keep the flora balance right and prevent infections taking hold.
