Title: Tummy bug

Hi ladies
What a horrible few months for viruses going around. I'm not sure if there is a tummy bug doing its rounds. I've felt sick for 5 days with having to go to the toilet more. I'm weak and achy too. Anyone else got this. My tummy is awful.

There always seems to winter vomiting around, all 4 seasons.  It affects everyone differently.  It certainly isn't pleasant.  I had  it, but after a horrid 24 hours the worst was over.  I was completely wiped out for a few days after with no appetite for a week. 

Sounds like a flu to me Michelle46, which can affect your tummy.

Hi there.  There's so many different bugs around.  Sounds like a gastric flu type of thing.  Gastric things can be protracted so could easily last a week.  Get plenty of rest and I'm sure you'll be over it soon x

Thanks ladies. Been to work today but still feel awful so I'm resting the next 2 days x
