Title: OH! dam expected to burst in California

 :o thousands of people being encouraged to move because of heavy rainfall which has filled an emergency over-flow drain which is threatening to collapse.  How awful!  What about pets, cattle, horses, pond fish  :-\ ......... as well as plants and wild-life  :(.

Roads looked blocked as people took the advice.  The water level has dropped so work can begin on the over-flow drain ...... at least it was being monitored!
