Title: Headaches and stomach issues

Hi everyone
Just wondered if my symptoms are peri Had a bug about 4 weeks ago Felt OK for a week then started getting chest and stomach tightening Doc suggested Lansoprazole Took for 2 days then went out NYE for meal Had 2 drinks and was really sick and spent the next day in bed Went back to work for 2 days but been off for 2 as upset stomach and migraines So basically felt yuk since Xmas Thanks for reading

Thanks for your reply Sparkle I haven't taken any since NYE Just spoken to surgery and doc is phoning back this afternoon x

Hi Sparkle The doc has told me to take the tablets and not drink alcohol for a month and cut down on coffee The latter will be hard c

I've had stomach problems for the last year or so and agree that you can tie yourself in knots trying to find triggers. I am pretty sure most of my problems come from sugar, but then again maybe I only ever eat rubbish when I'm craving it because of hormones. I think taking a probiotic has helped, whether I have coffee or not makes no difference at all for me. Be interested to know how the enzymes go.

Bloody hormones! No headache today and less stomach tightness Still feel a bit queesy and tired Have taken 3 enzyme tablets so far and swapped my granola for gluten free granola x

Well back to work today Still feel heady, nausea on and off, gassy tummy, light headed and increased night sweats this week Love my job but dreading going to work Geel like I am losing the plot sometimes !

Just an update.  Been taking digestive enzymes for a week now Def feel less sick, reduced headaches and tight feeling in stomach and chest I am also keeping a food diary x
