Just a note of observation. I have been much better from using the hydrocortisone cream for a fortnight as prescribed by my doctor. Had a week off using it and been okay. Yesterday, I ate tinned spaghetti and my sister remarked will you be alright eating that. I replied yes fine. We'll I have come to the conclusion that I may not be able to tolerate foods which are tomato based. I have been itching on and off all night. It might just be a coincidence, but will now avoid tomatoes and tomato foods. Have read on the Internet that tomatoes can trigger vaginal/ labia itching. Has anyone any thoughts? I see my doctor on Thursday for a tablet review, so will mention it to him. Haven't seen this doctor before, so am hoping I can continue the Vagifem. Might ask to reduce my Kliovance as apart from the occasional itching I feel wonderful. Hope you are all okay. Happy New Year to you all.

Most definitely can , I would suggest gluten also ? tomatoes would be acidity .
I have a nutritionist , too really sort out the immune system.
Have you tried an antihistamine twice a day for a couple of weeks ?

Absolutely
I'm an allergy sufferer (anaphylaxis as well as mild allergies) and I'm sure I read tomatoes are a common one. Itching is common with allergies
Some of my reactions that progressed to anaphylaxis started with itchy vulva
