hi

I had the Meraina Coil fitted on 10 November, does anyone know when I can start using tampons again.

Hi and welcome - there should be no problem with using tampons.  It's a good idea to check that the strings are still there now and again - I suppose there is the chance you could pull the Mirena out when removing the tampon so perhaps be more careful.  You may find the bleeding stops completely (it often does within 6 months of fitting the Mirena) so this won't be an issue.

I think the leaflet I got at the time I had mine done said to avoid them for the first week after the fitting.
