Title: Macafem
Post by: Yammy1 on November 22, 2016, 11:39:00 AM
Hi I was wondering if anyone here has any advice about trying Macafem. I am hoping to try something alternative to hrt. But I heard that macafem contains a lot of sugar and I am diabetic, the 'shocks' usually before a hot flush are getting more frequent and intense lately. I am 4 years post hysterectomy ( still have tubes) and am 52 years old. I am currently waiting for operation to rebuild pelvic floor and repair bowel ( damaged after hysterectomy) I tried hrt  and didn't find it worked for me, any advise on going down the alternative route would be much appreciated x

Hope that helps  :)
