Title: What vitamins/Menopause support can anyone recommend?

tiredness, brain fog,achey joints,sickness,bloating....

what do members advise I could take?  ::) xx

Exercise.  Keep hydrated.  Have a read through the 'altnerative' room here though some ladies find that although 'alternatives' help initially, as their hormones take over, any benefit disappears  ::)

Might be worth getting ferritin and vitamin D levels checked. I felt the tiredness, brain fog and aching joints eased a bit, but will never know if it was down to taking vitamins or a hormonal shift. Sage for nightsweats.

Vitamin D is essential, particularly in winter months - Vit D deficiency will bring fatigue, aching joints, low mood etc.
Iron, B12 are also good plus magnesium to aid absorption of Vitamins and calcium.  Try to get all you need from your diet and supplement where you feel you need to.
Fennel or peppermint tea of reduce nausea. Dg x
