Title: Pubic bone pain...ouch!

I've woken up this morning with pubic bone pain. It's very uncomfortable!
Feels exactly the same as when I was pregnant so presumably it's hormone related?
Anyone else had this??

It's very uncomfortable, I'm working today and standing up is definitely causing more pain. Roll on home time  :'(
I did get a few flushes yesterday, maybe I should increase my oestrogel?!
