Title: Shopping and Vouchers
Post by: ellie on October 28, 2016, 08:40:22 AM
Thinking of the topic below about shopping, I use a lot of money off vouchers.....For instance...you can nearly always find 20 or 25% vouchers for Hotters online....I print them off, but you can take a picture of the voucher with your phone.  I bought a pair of Hotter whisper boots last week  £75 , and I paid £60........I have found vouchers for many shops online.  Debernhams is another good one for vouchers.
     Worth a try ladies  :)

:thankyou: - I haven't the energy though.  My friend uses 'group-off' etc. regularly.

I bought new boots recently £130 from a shop and they were the same online as I checked.  Yesterday I had an email from Moshulu saying they were giving 20% discount on everything so I would have saved £26!!!  :'(

Have you worn them Pennyfarthing ?

Yes I have and they are wonderfully comfy and I love them. So no chance of returning them. Hey ho, it always happens to me.

So go buy another pair?

I have three pairs of biker style boots. New purple Mosulu, brown leather, grey suede. Cant warrant another pair.

Oh go on  ;D ……….. you know you want to  :whist:

I note in the Hotters Ads that they offer 'free' returns, however, it's only if the customer is exchanging goods.  If they are returned then the cost of postage is taken out of the cheque!

Does anyone use those cashback sites for internet shopping? Not sure if I'm allowed to say the name but I use a popular one. Just type in the shop name and it takes you to the retailer and you earn cashback on your online purchases. I've had over £200 in cashback since joining.

Slightly off piste, but am I only one who struggles with shoe sizes? Used to be standard 4, then 4.5, then 5. Now back to 4 again. Not sure it's Meno related as young girl in shoe shop told me other day she's a standard 4, but has recently had to buy a 3.
