Can i take vagifem and replens at same time at night?

I read a paper done by the specialist gynae Dr. Panay and it did state that using a vaginal moisturiser with vaginal oestrogen at the same time may not be the best idea.  I think the moisturisers might inhibit the absorption.
I use a small amount of Sylk around the outer edge of my vagina on the nights I use Vagifem - Vagifem is inserted quite high up so the Sylk won't be going near the area where the Vagifem is sitting.  Unfortunately Replens is an internal application I wouldn't use this on the same night as Vagifem.  Dg x

This question is a few months old but I thought I'd weigh in as my gyno addressed this very question when I saw him last week.

He said Replens was essential twice a week (with Vagifem) but that I should use it the day  AFTER using Vagifem and not the day before or the same day, as that would affect the Vagifem's absorption.
