Do any of you ladies who have bladder problems find them worse when sitting down. If I sit down I feel like I am desperate for the toilet, if I stand up the urge goes away. Maybe I'm just strange, just wondered if it was significant.

Thanks Sparkle, I was wondering if I have the start of a prolapse. I have to go to the toilet all the time and am often bursting by the time I get there. I also find find that sometimes I feel the need to go straight after just going. Not sure if that could be caused by a prolapse or not. Going to have to go to the doctors I think.

See your GP or Practice Nurse? Checking if it's a prolapse?

Toffee cushion I have the same as you, and wondered about prolapse. When I sit down if I don't get in the right position it feels like I have something 'up there' that I'm sitting on!
I had total prolapse (so I was told) from 23 up until my hysterectomy at 32, but it was the uterus/cervix that caused the most discomfort and once they were gone I didn't notice problems until recently x
