Title: B12, memo, hrt
Post by: Wendy65 on October 19, 2016, 08:24:09 AM
Hi,

I have regular B12 jabs and I am on elleste 2 mg.

I wondered if anyone else can share their experiences of the menopause and b12.

Thanks all

Hi Wendy

Promise I'm not stalking you

When I first went to docs in 2012 saying I suddenly felt ill the only markets against bloods were b12 (197) and peri menopause

The range for b12 was 211-911 and although below their range they wouldn't acknowledge it, I've treated/am treating it myself

Do you have pernicious anaemia or did they give you a reason for your low b12? X

Hi,

They didn't give me my levels but they leave me to decide when I next need a jab which is every 7 weeks at the moment. I presume I gave pernicious anaemia.

Fine to stalk by the way.

You're quite fortunate to be given one every 7 weeks as the forum I belong to mostly say 12 weeks is the norm.  Many fight and fail to get them closer together x
