Hi all,
I'm still new to all of this been on hrt, mirena and oestrogel for 4 months. I'm on 2 pumps, about a month ago I went down to 1 pump as I had a oestrogen surge and felt really rough, but then my bladder seemed to play up so went back up to 2. This week my bladder is bad again, I don't have urgency or increased frequency or burning when going, but my bladder feels sore, I also sometimes have slight vulval soreness. I'm not dry down there but wondered if its the beginning of VA?

Get treatment for VA and see if it helps?

Sounds like it could be .
See your doc and ask for vagifem to try, if it is its best to tackle it early x
