Title: Morning sickness
Post by: Mojo61 on September 29, 2016, 04:54:53 AM
Does anyone else feel nauseous in the mornings? For months now I've spent at least 20 minutes every morning dry heaving and it's really getting me down. The doctor gave me some tablets to take but they make me spaced out and stop me driving. I've also tried eating something upon waking but just end up vomitting it back up a bit later. Dr says its anxiety and menopause.

 Hi there.
I had some in the past.
My solution was to eat a snack of toast or crackers etc before I went to sleep. Helped avoid sickness and jitters on waking.
