Hi Lynn,
I'm dealing with the same issues right now. UTI has been ruled out and was diagnosed with bladder atrophy due to menopause. I'm on Vagifem now for 6 weeks and symptoms are very slowly easing off. Hope your doctor has answers for you today.

When Dr asked you that I hope you replied 'isn't that your job'?!

Sounds really uncomfortable. I experienced similar due to prolapse lynne0 - especially the sitting down feeling and the feeling like you need to go to the loo but don't.
