I've had a couple of naturally occurring periods which has resulted in me getting mixed up with when I'm supposed to be taking my Utrogestan tablets, so I've missed a couple of months of taking them.
Any advice on when to start again? It's like I need to start afresh again.
Thanks :) :)

I would count the first day of your last bleed as Day 1 and then start on Day 15 if you can. If it's longer than that since your last bleed and you haven't had a bleed since, then maybe wait until Day 15 of the next cycle - although you could end up having a much heavier bleed? Alternatively if you think your cycle is likely to be mostly absent then just start whenever and see what happens..... it is a bit like guesswork when you are peri-menopausal and periods are few and far between.

Thanks Hurdity - makes sense now! That's what I'll do. Thank you.
