Hi,
For the last 3 months my anxiety and other me no symptoms have got worse than normal, especially before my bleed, my low mood and anxiety seem to be last night for a couple of weeks.
I was wondering if my own hormones could have kicked in, if so could this explain the change? How do you know when your own hormones are up or down when taking HRT? Feeling rubbish, negative thinking too.
Thoughts and kind words please.
Thanks
Shellb

Hi shellb
I think that you cant tell in peri which is your own hormones and which is hrt
The answer as far as I can gather lies in balancing hrt with your own cycle, that's what the menopause specialist is trying to do with me.
I'm not sure where this leaves you but wanted you to know your not alone
I'm sure the more knowledgeable ladies will give more informed advice soon xx

Hi
I am feeling exactly the same, I have been on gel since June and felt great over the summer with just the odd peri symptoms, but in the last month I have dipped again and having similar symptoms to before starting HRT. I am very confused and severely lacking understanding of the whole hormone balancing thing!
