Title: Sandrena - side effects
Post by: juwi on September 08, 2016, 06:14:37 AM
I'm two weeks into take 2mg of Sandrena gel and I have been getting the most awful dizzy spells. Is this a common side effect?

Also - my eyes are very dry, to the point of not tolerating my contact lenses.

Is this this normal?

Body adjusting - dryness tends to be a side effect of oestrogen deficiency so your body may be getting used to the oestrogen - keep going as things should improve.  It can be worth starting with a lower dose - Oestrogel is easier to use as you can start with just one pump per day for 2 weeks and then gradually increase.  Sandrena is a little more tricky as it's a measured dose - not sure whether you could use half on one day and other half on the next???  Dg x
