I've been going through meno for 5 years now and yes, it's been really rubbish. Sweats, weight gain, anxiety - you name it it's descended upon me with fury. BUT, it all began to settle very nicely and virtually disappeared. For the past month I don't know what's hit me. Every symptom is raging again. I ache, I sweat, the exhaustion is almost indescribable and the anxiety some days is crippling. Just don't understand this time in my life. Really thought all was done and dusted - meno, it seems, is one of Mother Nature's biggest jokes...
Has anyone else had this stop start thing happen to them?

Did it settle with HRT or …………. maybe your hormones have kicked in again :-\

Came off HRT a year ago due to thickening of the uterus and sudden migraines. Am on anti d's which were working nicely. All seems very strange :(

Maybe you need a hike in AD dosage, I have to vary mine occasionally.
