I am perimenopausal and have found reading this forum so helpful given that each time Ive been to the doctor, I've seen a different GP who hasnt seemed very knowledgable on the symptoms or treatments. I don't feel I can ask them anything and get an informed answer. I started with combination tablets but they made me feel very irritable. So then I started the Femseven Sequi patches and have struggled a bit with irritability, weepiness and some severe headaches. Yesterday I read this forum , the Manufacturer's specification sheets, and a very helpful site about how to adjust the dose http://surmeno.blogspot.co.uk/2006/08/troubleshooting-patches-adjusting.html. I recommend this site as it gives helpful guidance on dosage and I have today started with a smaller patch (0.5 the size of the original). Fingers crossed that this works.
