Hi I have been taking Estrogel for 32 days. My FSH levels were 99. Was suffering panic attacks and heart palpitations. Estrogel 1 pump in morning 1 pump at night as consultant advised. Due to start Utrogestan tomorrow for 12 days and then have a bleed. I started bleeding naturally yesterday and palpitations have come back. Was in hospital last night ECG all clear and blood tests all clear. My consultant away till 5th September. Do I still start Utrogestan tomorrow if I'm bleeding naturally?

Hi DEG - palpitations are so frightening aren't they. I'm glad that all of your tests were clear though. It's amazing what anxiety can do to the body.
I'm not an expert on your regime but I would have thought it advisable to still use the utrogestan. You will probably need a few cycles for the estrogel and utrogestan to over ride your own cycle. It can take a while for things to settle down. Do you think that maybe the early bleeding was a trigger for your palpitations because it caused anxiety as to why it was happening?
