I've recently started a course of b12 injections and feeling jittery and sickly.
I'm due back to see my dr in a couple of days but starting to worry about it.
Any help or support would be much appreciated

Unlikely to be the B12 injection. I assume you have been given this B12 because you need it. The way you are feeling could be a virus - tummy bug?.
I won't worry - try to relax. Dg x

Hi
I can't see if you have posted in another thread about this but would like to give some suggestions
Firstly, when on loading doses your body wakes up, making symptoms appear worse, chances are you'll get spotty too, it's detoxing
Most importantly though, the b12 won't work if you don't pay attention to cofactors, ie folic acid, potassium (this gets drained by the new influx of b12), magnesium, and iron if you are low, a good b complex is vital too. Hopefully I haven't missed anything out
If you are on Facebook there's a great forum for b12 deficiency and pernicious anaemia and the mods and members are great with advice and support
