I'm 2 days off 3 months on evorel sequi and have to say, this last month has been hard.
No lift in mood, nearly constant heavy bleeding and a feeling of flatness and constant sweating. I have to say this is more than fed upness, it feels like depression.
Not sure if I feel like this because of nohersterine or the fact that I am very peri! But to be fair, over this 3 month trial, I do feel worse towards the end of it, not better.
My next steps are either utrogestan or diognest in Qlaria. Please can someone tell me if these will feel kinder than nohersterine?
I've done Femoston before and don't remember this lower mood with that 🙁

Yes.. I had significant hair loss with this drug...will never touch it again!!!
