Title: Anyone feel like a jittery heart with utrogestan

Hello ladies
I've only posted here a couple of times. I hope someone can help. I've been on HRT   for four months now and am trying to get the right balance. I use the estrogen in a gel format and from day 14 to 28 I take 100mg of utrogestan. I've found after a few days of taking utrogestan I feel a bit jittery in my chest. What other ways are there of getting the progesterone. I am 46 and have been suffering with the awful symptoms for 7 months now. Thankyou x

Hi Michelle, I think you're post might get missed here so you could copy it to personal experiences or one of the other headings. Somebody will be able to respond and offer advice. X
