Title: Dr swapped me from Evorel to Kliovance

Yesterday I started my first Kliovance tablet after being on Evorel Conti for 5 months. Today I feel dreadful; sick, anxious, raging headache, racing thoughts etc. I'm also on citalopram and am on week 3 of an increase from 10mg to 20mg. Could one tablet of Kliovance cause these problems or does it take time to work like the patches?

 :bighug:  4 me the worst symptom is nausea = anxiety attacks.

Sorry I wasn't clear was I  ::) -  my gut doesn't need any help  ::) although when I was menstruating regularly I would have intense nausea followed by sudden 'runs' about 10 mins. before a bleed began even if a period wasn't due  :(.

Hi Mojo61

I think its more likely to be due to the increase in AD rather than Kliovance. I used Kliovance for 3 months and found after about 6 weeks started getting unwanted side effects, I think it was due to the northisterone build up.

Klivance is a very low HRT so one tablet would not cause such side effects in my opinion.
