Anyone get odd cramp like sensations in fingers and legs? I have upped my walking recently but I don't walk on my fingers 😂😂😂! Yesterday I walked 6 miles and thought I'd ache a little but I didn't until about an hour ago when this odd feeling started. Just finished period (still regular but this one just one day of very heavy and a couple of days of nothing much) Hormones maybe????

Probably. Also walking can deplete the body of minerals particularly salts. Lack of salt = cramp!

Hello
Yes I get that and pins and needles, usually when I am bleeding. Defo hormones in my case...

I do seem to get more cramp where I tore a muscle a few years ago.
Do you get menopause apps now?
-
I get all sorts of random cramps & aches since starting the change. Definitely hormones.

Same thing less cramping of the hand writing them ;) ;) ;) ;) ;D ;D ;D

What have you taken to ease symptoms?
-
They went of their own accord. Nothing for the last few days. Very odd indeed! Still have a sore right ankle but gp has given exercises for that. Definitely no more of the odd cramps!

Cramp can be relieved by eating enough salt in the diet ;-)
