Title: Patch dose too low?

I'm awaiting a hysteroscopy but I was wondering if anyone else has suddenly started having brown blood discharge after being on a Conti patch for 12 months?
Why would this start, could it be the progestogen is no longer enough to prevent a bleed? I always though a Conti patch was supposed to keep the endo lining thin but mine measures 5.6mm.
