Title: Best vitamins to take through menopause
Post by: deebarnes on May 21, 2016, 10:34:11 AM
I have not been taking any vitamins for the past few months and to be honest I dont feel any different to when I was taking things like Multi vitamins, fish oil, glucosamin, menosan .  Now I feel like I need to start them up again but I am interested to know which ones are favored for the general menopause journey....
Thanks everyone

In addition to HRT, I only take now Vit. D as I was low on recent test.
In the winter, I was taking calcium, magnesium, zinc and Vit. D combined. I should probably restart those now as I feel pretty tired all the time these days.
