Title: Spots!!!!

SPOTS!!!!
Why now at 45 am I getting spots!!
Don't we have enough to cope with when in the menopause!!
I can't do this anymore! I want my overies back!!! :'( :'(

Clinique do a great spot treatment gel.  I seem to get horrid red lumpy spots these days!! Oh the joys of getting older.

Yes that's what mine seem to be... I go to work face doesn't look too bad... get in the car to come home look in the rear view mirror and there's 3 or 4 lumps on my cheeks!!
I'm fed up with it now xx

Happened to me last week, I am 46. I thought I had been bitten!  Lumps that turned into horrible spots. As a teenager I had some on my back and got away with any major issues on my face.  They did disappear fairly rapidly though, fingers crossed yours do the same

You are on Livial hey Pomleylou? If correct, it has a testosterone component which can cause spots. Hope it settles for you as I found it otherwise a great HRT!

Rather have spots than a sore you know what!
