Does anybody else get regular boils on your groin/inner thigh?
-
No but I have been getting spots on my backside! Never had that even as a teenager. :(

In-growing hairs Zipster? = low-grade infection??
-
Always caused by ingrowing hairs with me.

Hi Zipster, yes constantly got them. They leave my skin with horrible purple marks where they have been. I have went to the GP with them once and she gave me a prescription for a special body wash but it didn't do much. I just usually smother them in Sudacrem but they are very uncomfortable. I get them 'underneath' as well which are really painful. I don't know what causes them - was tested for diabetes once because that can be a cause apparently.

Anyone help!!! I have started getting boils on my groin area :'( and more spots over my face for the last 6mths. They appear on groin and take ages to clear. I have stopped shaving as I thought it was ingrown hairs but not so sure now? Anyone else experiencing this?

Look up GP's Behind Closed Doors on Channel 5 iplayer. The programme was on last night and there was a woman who kept getting boils in her groin area and she did think it was from shaving and ingrown hairs but Dr did order blood tests but can't remember what for so if you watch it, it may give you more info.
